This is a kind of nightmare memory. I was smashing it in the practices the week before this damn competition. But then, a few days before the big day, my old pac injury came back to haunt me. I didn’t know if it was just a twinge or the end of the road for me. A decision was made to give it a go anyway, with some gentle throwing, and I was pleasantly surprised with the results.
